Just when you thought that Norwegian Cruise Line couldn’t possibly fit another award in their trophy cabinet, they have only gone and managed to scoop the award for being the World’s Leading Large Ship Cruise Line at the 21st annual World Travel Awards, in Anguilla.
This means they have managed to secure this specific accolade for three years in a row now. This is in addition to the fact that they have also won the title of being Europe’s Leading Cruise Line for no less than seven years; plus they have even held the title of the Caribbean’s Leading Cruise Line for the last two years.
The really validating aspect about this award is the very fact that it is voted for by the people who sell the cruises – the travel agents themselves – plus the customers who are able to sample the service delivery on the cruises. This definitely makes this award extra special for Norwegian Cruise Line.
It goes without saying that the company are simply over the moon about securing this award for the third year in a row. The President and Chief Operating Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line had the following to say about achieving this fantastic award: “We are thrilled to once again be leading the industry and thank our travel partners and guests worldwide for voting Norwegian the World’s Leading Large Ship Cruise Line. We are very proud of this incredible achievement, which is a testament to our continued fleet enhancements, hard-working crew and top-notch guest service.”
When you take a look at the masses of awards that have been coming Norwegian Cruise Line’s way over the past decade, it is clear to see that they are definitely getting things just right; well done indeed and keep up the good work!
